Cowboy Beans

 
  • 1 Pound of ground beef
  • 2 Can of Pork & Beans
  • 1 Can B & M beans (Brick oven baked beans)
  • 1/3 Cup ketchup
  • 1/2 – 2/3 Cup of Maeday BBQ sauce (Sweet Original or Caribbean Flame)
  • 1 Packet Onion Soup Mix
  • 1/4 Cup brown sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon prepared yellow mustard (not dry)
 
Directions:
 
Brown meat and drain.  In large oven proof bowl, spray with non stick spray and add all ingredients including meat.  Bake at 350 for 1 hour.  Best if made 1 day ahead, refrigerate then cover with foil to reheat.  Remove foil last 15 minutes of reheating.
